Robert Hudepohl’s career in marketing began in the power sport/motor sport industry and spans several decades. As the Founder and former Managing Partner & Creative Director of Velocity, Inc., Robert spearheaded the exponential growth of this bespoke, experiential marketing firm after departing Pirelli Moto, where he was Director of Marketing for the Americas.
Robert’s keen insight into top-down power sport/motor sport technology marketing, brand/positioning, and corporate relationship management, propelled Velocity to the top of industry marketing rosters across multiple related markets, leading to gas and oil partnerships including VP Racing Fuels, Maverick Fuels, ZXP Technologies, and Van de Pol Petroleum. Experiential marketing partnerships include Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler’s Dirico Motorcycles; Orange County Choppers reality TV and custom motorcycle manufacturers, the Teutels; and, the facilitation of the launch of F1 in the US, where Robert worked closely with the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), the Office of the Texas Governor (Governor Perry), the founder of Formula 1 Racing (Bernie Ecclestone), and collaborated with Ferrari, Mercedes Benz, and Red Bull to bring the vision of F1 in the US to life.

Robert graduated with an BFA from the University of Washington, is an Eagle Scout, and the proud father of two children currently serving in the armed forces. Robert resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, enjoys the great outdoors and anything with an engine and wheels.

A marketing and sales strategist with a proven track record of building brands, driving revenue, and leading teams across industries, from beauty and education to advanced technology, she’s also an award-winning, nationally recognized entrepreneur, having founded and scaled several businesses in the beauty vertical before partnering with Hudepohl to launch Venery.
Her career spans more than two decades of entrepreneurial grit and corporate leadership. She’s consistently led teams and territories to measurable growth. Whether repositioning a brand for a new market or coaching a sales rep through their pipeline, she brings the same energy: strategic, direct, and results-driven.
Heather attended Immaculata University, is a lifelong equestrian, and the proud mom of three. She calls Chester County where she lives with her two dogs, three horses, and family.
